It would seem that there is to be a slight delay in the release of the new Doctor Who spin-off ‘Class’ on DVD & Blu-ray.

We reported back in October that the series would be released on January 2nd, 2017. Amazon.co.uk are now listing a release of January 16th, 2017 for the region 2, 2-disc box set.

The cast includes Charlie (Greg Austin), April (Sophie Hopkins), Ram (Fady Elsayed) and Tanya (Vivian Oparah), along with Katherine Kelly as physics teacher Miss Quill.

‘Class’ is created and written by award-winning young adult writer Patrick Ness. It’s directed by Ed Bazalgette (Poldark, Doctor Who), Produced by Derek Ritchie with Executive Producers Patrick Ness, Steven Moffat and Brian Minchin. The BBC Studios Wales production is a co-produced with BBC America and BBC Worldwide.
